Havre De Grace fifth-generation farm owner and local attorney Mary-Dulany James announced her candidacy to represent Maryland Senate District 34. James served previously as a Maryland Delegate representing Harford county.

 

James  grew up on her family farm in Havre De Grace, where she and her husband, Brian, live and work today. She attended Havre de Grace High School, the University of Maryland, College Park, and the University of Maryland School of Law. After working for several law firms in Baltimore, James established her own law practice in Harford County to serve the community.  She is also active in her community, serving as a board member and treasurer of the Community Foundation of Harford county.
